Episode 11 of the ’24-Hour Swim Challenge’

Greetings from Episode 11 of the ’24-Hour Swim Challenge’ series! We’re now just 48 days away from the big day, and I’m thrilled to share the latest updates from today.

Training Insights: The day kicked off as usual, with an invigorating swim from 7 to 8 in the morning. But that was just the beginning. Following that, I had to attend Dutch lessons, and I decided to speak with my teacher about my commitment to this challenge. To my delight, she was incredibly supportive, allowing me to leave lessons earlier to get back in the water.

I seized the opportunity, leaving my Dutch lessons earlier than usual, and headed straight to the pool for an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes. During that session, I covered an impressive 4,800 meters in 1 hour and 28 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’m making.

Content Creation: But the excitement doesn’t stop there. Today, I had the chance to share even more of my journey with you. I posted not one, not two, but three new videos on YouTube, each bringing you closer to the heart of this challenge. Additionally, I created three fresh blog posts, delving into various aspects of the ’24-Hour Swim Challenge’ and the causes it supports.

Spread the Word: The momentum is building, and it’s all thanks to the incredible support from this community. With just 48 days left until the challenge, we’re swimming closer to our goals, one stroke at a time.
